The reply is not immediate, but that should hardly be cause for concern, as busy as he keeps himself these days. When first she met him in the Nexus, he claimed to be semi-retired, but the past few years have seen him working non-stop. His activities are often mysterious as ever, but what information she can glean from unavailability warnings and other hints show he's taken a hand in world politics once more, and travels out of the country a handful of times each year on his own errands and plans.
When he does distractedly reply, roughly half an hour later, it's nothing out of the ordinary.
